Refund Policy

At Dialed Macros, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized meal plans to support your health and fitness goals. Because our product is digital and customized, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds.

💸Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

1. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access the service due to a system error or platform malfunction that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.

2. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.

3. Accidental Charges (First-Time Only)

If you were accidentally charged for a paid plan and have not used the delivered meal plan or grocery list, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. One-time courtesy.

🚫Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after accessing your plan
  • Dissatisfaction with food choices or meal format after plan generation
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
  • Missing or skipping meals on your end

Because our plans are immediately generated using your data, we cannot "return" the product once accessed.

📆Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not refund previous charges unless they meet the eligibility criteria above.

💬Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@dialedmacros.com with the following:

  • Full name
  • Email used on your account
  • Reason for the refund
  • Date of the charge

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
