Because our product is digital and custom-generated for each user, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
1. Technical Issues Preventing Access
If you are unable to access the Services due to a verified system error, platform malfunction, or outage on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe (typically 48 hours), you are eligible for a full refund of the affected billing period.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, or if a billing error resulted in an incorrect charge, we will promptly refund the duplicate or excess amount. Please report duplicate charges within 30 days of the transaction.
3. Accidental Subscription (First-Time Courtesy)
If you were accidentally charged for a paid plan and have not accessed or used any generated meal plans, grocery lists, or premium features, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. This is a one-time courtesy per account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- •Change of mind after accessing or viewing your generated meal plan
- •Dissatisfaction with specific food choices, meal format, or nutritional values after plan generation
- •Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle
- •Not following or skipping meals in your plan
- •Providing inaccurate or incomplete information during plan setup
Because our plans are immediately generated using your personal data and AI processing, the product cannot be “returned” once accessed. We encourage all users to start with our free trial to evaluate the service before subscribing.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel:
- •Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- •You will retain access to premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for
- •No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle
- •Future billing will stop automatically — you will not be charged again unless you resubscribe
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@dialedmacros.com with the following information:
- •Full name on the account
- •Email address associated with your account
- •Date of the charge in question
- •Reason for the refund request
- •Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshot of duplicate charge)
Processing Timeline
- •Review: All refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days of receipt
- •Decision: You will receive an email notification with the outcome of your request
- •Issuance: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- •Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
Please note that the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@dialedmacros.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays, and we may suspend your account while the dispute is under review. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can evaluate the full Dialed Macros experience before committing to a paid subscription. We highly recommend taking advantage of the free trial to ensure the service meets your expectations. No refunds will be issued for cases where the trial was available but not used prior to subscribing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
